The most common complaint I hear from clients is that while they love the technique of EFT and the results, forming the right sentences can be a challenge. You might not know the root cause that needs to be removed or it might be hard to just start.

 So, in the coming year I plan to regularly post EFT freebies on the blog to help you with goals and problems. Transformation sometimes has to be moved along so it's an excellent goal to expedite with EFT.
