Dear People,

Life can be stormy. Often, we have to try to hold on to what matters to us while the storm passes all around us. It can be hard, but also quite satisfying to stay the course and be unfazed in the midst of a crisis or when dealing with difficult decisions. So today, let's focus on becoming more unfazed.

I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
