Dear People,

Having trouble sleeping or dealing with regular insomnia is really troublesome. Anybody losing out on sleep notices how big that impact is in our daily lives. We have less energy, less focus, less emotional regulation, less flexibility - less everything. There is a reason why sleep deprivation is considered torture.
