Understanding is one of those miracle energies that helps smooth the way between people. When we understand each other, it's easier to compromise, have empathy and to give and receive. We need understanding to live together in harmony and to be able to sort out our own feelings, needs and wants. So if you feel like you can't understand yourself or others, now is the time to change that with some affirmations!
