It's easy to feel divided in life. Our hearts can have different needs compared to our heads. Our past trauma can pull us one way, while our need for healing can pull us another way entirely. If you often feel divided or stuck with choices you don't like, it really helps to do some integration work. Today,
let's do it with some affirmations!
