We all need the Sacred Masculine in our lives. For a balanced life both the Masculine and the Feminine need to be available to us. Healthy Masculine energy brings strength, protection, confidence and many other benefits. Sacred Masculinity is very important, because we see a lot of toxic masculinity in the world: aggression, inability to process feelings, domineering etc. Sacred Masculinity brings a quiet confidence found in acknowledging your talents, a balanced view of power and responsibility and strength. It's not surprising that there are many painful masculine archetypes, while we need to those that are healthy. So, time to affirm those in ourselves and in the world.

I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
Pick and choose what works for you and affirm away (I recommend three times a day if you can manage it).
