Dear People,
Often our life doesn't go the way we want to and we get to choose: accept what is happening and go with the flow or fight it and build heartbreak, resentment and anger. Acceptance is a miracle force as it keeps us energetic, kind, open and willing. Some people feel that if you accept something, it won't ever change, but for me, the opposite is true. When we accept the reality of what is, we are much more able to create changes. Acceptance is just a first step, which helps us see the truth and open up possibilities.
I
write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what
resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a
lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
Pick and choose what works for you and affirm away (I recommend three times a day if you can manage it).
