Dear People,

Having trouble sleeping or dealing with regular insomnia is really troublesome. Anybody losing out on sleep notices how big that impact is in our daily lives. We have less energy, less focus, less emotional regulation, less flexibility - less everything. There is a reason why sleep deprivation is considered torture. While there are sometimes easy reasons why we sleep badly like our babies waking us up, dealing with jet lag etc. we can also deal with sleep trouble without knowing the underlying cause. Whatever the reason, it's time to do some affirmation work for healthy sleeping today!

I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.

Pick and choose what works for you and affirm away (I recommend three times a day if you can manage it).
