If keeping balanced was easy - we'd all be completely 100% zen. Instead most of us realize that keeping yourself balanced is a daily task. Sometimes we give too much energy to others. Or we work too hard and forget to play. We might eat too much or exercise a little to often. Yet, when we are balanced, we are happiest, so it's definitely worthwhile to invest in (re)balancing your life. So let's start with some affirmations today.
I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
