It's seems like it's so easy to forget our own value. We hear horrible things from parents, teachers, bosses, friend or family and those words can harm us deeply. We forget we are human beings - and instead try to become human doings. Trying to prove our worth and our value. While we should just be able to relax into knowing it. Does that sound familiar? It's time to reclaim your value with some affirmations today.
I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
