Dear People,
Self Love is so important, but it can be really hard to feel loveable and cherished in our lives. We might feel we don't deserve love or work really hard to compensate for what we believe are our flaws. It would be wonderful to just feel like it's completely natural to be loved, so that's why I'm writing some self love affirmations today.
I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
