Dear People,
It's January so a lot of people will be busy thinking of their goals and working on their New Years' resolutions. I love taking the time to figure out what matters to me, but I love reaching my goals even more. It's not always easy to reach our goals, so let's use affirmations to move forward.
Enjoy watching a video or two? My YouTube Channel has a several videos that can help with goals. Among these are a Creating Joy video on Goal Setting and a True Unity video on Releasing Littleness, but be sure to look around to see what helps with your goals.
I
write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what
resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a
lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
Pick and choose what works for you and affirm away (I recommend three times a day if you can manage it).
