Dear People,

The world would be a better place if we'd all have more compassion. More compassion for ourselves and more for others. Yet, when we are struggling with anger, frustration, disappointment or other types of negative feelings or beliefs, it's so hard to find it. So today, let's do it with some affirmations!

I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
